Plain-language summaries below. The full documents need a lawyer's review before we take money, and we'd rather show you an honest placeholder than a copy-pasted policy we haven't read.
Publishing terms you haven't had reviewed is how small hosts end up unable to enforce their own rules — and payment processors check that these exist and match what you actually do before they approve an account. Both of those are reasons to get this right rather than fast.
What we provide, what we charge, and how either side ends the arrangement. The parts worth knowing up front: we bill monthly in advance; we don't charge for a service while it's suspended; cancellation is one click and takes effect at the end of the paid period; and we may suspend a service immediately for the abuse categories listed in the AUP.
The short version: don't attack anyone, don't host malware or illegal content, don't run offline-mode Minecraft servers, don't distribute pirated or leaked game resources, don't mine cryptocurrency, and don't pool platform credentials across customers. Most of these protect other customers on your node as much as they protect us.
A stated window from your first payment on a new service, honoured without an argument. Denied refunds inside an advertised window are the most common complaint in this industry; not doing that costs us nothing and is the easiest promise we make.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — it goes directly to Stripe, who are PCI DSS Level 1 certified. We keep only the last four digits, the card brand and expiry so you can recognise your own payment method. Stripe's own privacy terms apply to the data they hold. Chargebacks and disputes are handled through Stripe; if something is wrong, contacting us first is faster and cheaper for both of us than filing a dispute.
What we collect — name, email, billing details, IP addresses, support tickets, server logs — why, how long we keep it, and how to ask for a copy or deletion. We don't sell data and there's no advertising or analytics tracking on this site at all.
